Our products are made of the highest-quality 18/10 stainless steel, resistant to heat, steam, humidity and food acidifiers. Our saucepans feature a forged thermal sandwich base, with an aluminum plate pressed onto the bottom of the pan with 1400 tons of pressure to eliminate bubbles-guaranteeing and even distribution of heat, making for faster cooking times on all cooking surfaces. Industry-recognized for their outstanding design innovation, the B/R/K Pressure Cooking System won the GOURMET GOLD AWARD in cookware/bake ware category at the 31st annual Gourmet House Wares Show in May of 2007. Our pressure cookers feature a pressure regulator valve that allows steam pressure to escape when the preset pressure stage (temperature) is reached. This set is everything I ever wanted in a pressure cooker. Beautiful, safe safe safe with three built in safety features. Easy to use and clean. Food comes out fabulous. It includes an owner's manual, recipe book and a trivet that is not shown but very useful. It will not disappoint on any level. My pressure lid is a bit difficult for me to operate. The company stands behind the product and has outstanding vustomer service but it will be a while replacements are back in stock.
