The exterior surfaces of the pan are a highly polished 18/10 stainless steel and feature single welded hollow core stay cool handles. The lids feature a welded handle and are made from 18/10 stainless. The set features a 2 quart saucepan with lid, 3 quart saucepan with lid, 8 quart stockpot with lid, 12 quart stockpot with lid, an 10.5 inch and 12 inch frypan that features the non-stick Eclipse coating, a 5 quart saute pan that features an "assist" handle plus a lid, and a universal steamer insert that will work with either the 2 quart saucepan, or the 3 quart saucepan.
