Great Pots and Pans...Horrible Utensils

I love the stainless steel pots and pans. This is my first set and they are perfect. The mixing bowls were a bonus. The only thing I could complain about is the plastic cooking utensils. Plastic plus heat is not a good combination. Other than that, this was a great and inexpensive investment. Happy Cooking!!!

Poor quality merchandise, great Amazon.com service!

When I received the order which was shipped quickly and efficiently and delivered before the promise date, I eagerly opened the package to review its contents. Much to my surprise the set had no heft to any piece from the largest down to the smallest. I felt that if I tried to cook anything with this set the most I could use it for would be one meal and one meal only.I immediately logged onto Amazon.com and requested a Return Authorization, I printed it off and Amazon arranged for UPS to come to my house and make the pick-up. So, even though I was disatisfied with the merchandise, I was very pleased in the manner which Amazon handled the return. No fuss, no mess, no bother.However I have learned a good lesson: "You get what you pay for"!!! Since the return was made I am still very satisfied with Amazon.com I do now know however there are just some types of purchases that must be made in person so that you can actually touch and feel what you are paying for. Cooking pots and pans are one of those that must be touched so you know that what you are paying for is worth the time and trouble you put into the shopping exercise.

The worst pan set I have ever had

I purchased this pan set after Christmas on sale and the set cost me about $20 with rebate. I thought... " wow what a great price!"... Indeed the set is cheap at that price.... HOWEVER, I would not ever have this set again even if given to me for free!!!! I waited a while to do a review as I was trying to give the pan set a chance to prove me wrong! I mean really.... I thought... "Oh my food burned because I have the heat up too high." Or "maybe I need to add more oil or oil spray to the pan to prevent the food from sticking to the pan." etc. But now the time has come to say THIS IS THE WORST PAN SET I HAVE EVER OWNED!!!! my food constantly burns or sticks to the pans. And they are incredibly difficult to clean. Even after soaking for a while, you still need to muscle the pan to get it clean. Believe me... save your money and all the heartache of horribly cooked food due to the quality of the pans. I will spend a bit more money on my next set to get a set that cooks evenly without burning.
